Some treatments work on your skin. Celora™ Vita works with it — and honestly, it’s one of the most exciting things I’ve introduced to the clinic in years.
If you’re someone who genuinely cares about your skin — not just how it looks today, but how it ages over the next ten, twenty, thirty years — this is the treatment I want to tell you about. It’s quietly changing what’s possible in regenerative aesthetics, and I think it represents where skin health is heading.
Celora™ Vita doesn’t fill, freeze or plump. It feeds your skin the raw materials it needs to repair, rebuild and renew itself, the way it did when it was younger. The results aren’t a quick fix — they’re a long, beautiful unfolding.
Celora™ Vita is a CE-marked injectable that delivers nine carefully chosen amino acids — combined with low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid — directly into the dermis, where your skin does its repair work.
Here’s the bit I love explaining to clients: amino acids are the building blocks of peptides, which are short chains of amino acids that form proteins — and proteins like collagen and elastin are what give your skin its strength, bounce and youthful structure. Without enough of these building blocks, even the healthiest skin cells simply can’t do their job.
From our mid-twenties, the supply of amino acids in our skin starts to drop. Topical creams can’t replace them. No serum, no matter how expensive, reaches deep enough. Celora™ Vita does — by putting those building blocks exactly where your fibroblasts (the collagen-producing cells) can use them.
It’s not adding hydration on top. It’s restoring the conditions your skin needs to look after itself again.
This is where I get genuinely passionate. There are areas of the body that have always been notoriously difficult to treat well — places where traditional fillers feel wrong and topical products simply can’t reach deep enough.
The neck. The décolletage. The crepey skin around the eyes. The backs of the hands.
These are the areas that often give our age away long before our face does, and the areas clients tell me they’ve almost given up on. Celora™ Vita is changing that. Because it works at a biological level — feeding the skin rather than filling it — it gets results in places where other treatments fall short.
If you’ve ever looked at your neck or chest and thought “I wish I could do something about this without it looking obvious” — this is the treatment I’d want you to know about.
There’s a reason this treatment has become a quiet favourite among the fitness crowd. If you’re someone who lifts, runs, trains hard, or simply lives an active life, you already understand the language of amino acids — they’re the same building blocks that repair your muscles after a workout. Your skin works on exactly the same principle.
Active clients often have lean, hard-working skin that loses its plumpness more quickly than they’d like. Celora™ Vita gives that skin what it’s asking for — the nutrients to rebuild, recover and glow. It complements a healthy lifestyle rather than working against it. No volume, no heaviness, just better skin doing what better skin does.
This treatment tends to suit people who care deeply about their skin — both now and in the future. It’s a gentle, intelligent approach to ageing well, rather than chasing it.
It’s for you if:
It also works beautifully as a preventative treatment for clients in their late twenties and thirties who want to invest early — because the best time to look after your skin is always now.
Celora™ Vita works wonderfully on its own, but it can also be combined with Profhilo®, polynucleotides or exosomes as part of a tailored regenerative plan. Every face — and every neck, every set of hands — is different, and we’ll talk through exactly what your skin needs at your consultation.
There’s never any pressure here. Just honest, careful advice from someone who’s been doing this for over fifteen years and who genuinely loves seeing clients fall in love with their skin again.
Celora™ Vita is an injectable skin booster that delivers nine amino acids, combined with low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, directly into the skin. Amino acids are the raw materials your skin uses to make collagen and elastin. Levels drop as we age, and skincare applied to the surface can’t reach deep enough to replace them. Celora™ Vita puts them where they’re needed, so the skin has what it needs to repair and renew itself. It doesn’t add volume or change your features. The aim is healthier, better-functioning skin.
Both improve skin quality rather than shape, but they work in different ways. Profhilo® uses a high concentration of hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin and encourage collagen production. Celora™ Vita gives your skin cells the amino acids they need to build that collagen in the first place. Put simply, Profhilo® prompts the skin to work harder, and Celora™ Vita supplies the materials. That’s why they can work well together, and many of our clients have both.
Polynucleotides are made from purified DNA fragments and focus on repair. They’re particularly good for thin, crepey skin under the eyes. Celora™ Vita focuses on nourishing the skin with amino acids and hydration. Both are regenerative treatments that build results gradually. Rosie will recommend one or the other, or a combination, depending on what your skin needs.
It suits anyone whose skin looks dull, dehydrated or tired, or is starting to lose firmness. It’s popular with clients in their late twenties and thirties who want to look after their skin before lines set in. It also helps older skin that needs more support, alongside other treatments. If you prefer subtle, natural changes over a “done” look, it’s a good place to start.
Celora™ Vita can be used across the face, including the forehead, cheeks, around the mouth and the under-eye area. It also works on the neck, décolletage and backs of the hands. The neck and chest are where clients often notice the biggest difference, because these areas age visibly and are hard to treat well with fillers or creams.
Most clients find it very comfortable. We apply numbing cream before treatment, and the injections use very fine needles placed just under the surface of the skin. You’ll feel small pricks, and some areas such as the neck can feel a little more sensitive. The appointment takes 45 to 60 minutes, including time for the numbing cream to work.
We recommend a starter course of three sessions, three weeks apart. Each session builds on the last, so a course gives much better results than a single treatment. Your skin keeps improving for several weeks after your final session. After that, a maintenance session keeps the results going. Rosie will advise on timing based on how your skin responds.
Many clients notice their skin looks brighter and fresher after the first session. Hydration usually improves first, followed by smoother texture, softer fine lines and better firmness as the course goes on. You’ll see the full effect around one to two months after your final session. Results typically last six to nine months, depending on your age, skin condition and lifestyle.
Very little. You’ll see small raised marks where the product went in, which settle within a day or so. Some redness or mild swelling is normal, and occasionally a small bruise. Most people go back to work straight away. We recommend no makeup for 12 hours, and no heavy exercise, saunas or alcohol for 24 hours.
A single session is £280. Because most clients start with a course, ask about course pricing when you book your consultation. You’ll always get a clear quote before treatment begins.
